How does check-in work?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM via automatic self check-in: there is no reception in the buildings. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance; on the day of arrival you'll receive the instructions to access the apartment. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
When booking you can choose between two rates. Standard rate (flexible): free cancellation or changes up to 3 days before arrival; beyond that, or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night is charged. BeSafe rate (prepaid, non-refundable): in case of cancellation, change or no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged. In both cases the city tax is not included and is paid on arrival.
Do you accept monthly or long-term stays?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for stays longer than 30 nights. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Are pets allowed?
No, by property policy pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Is a crib available?
Children up to 2 years stay free in a crib or in the parents' bed. Crib availability varies from apartment to apartment (in some cases with a limit on the number of adults) and is shown on each apartment's page.
Are cleaning and linen change included?
Yes. Apartment cleaning and linen/towel change are carried out every 4 nights. Additional cleaning or changes are available on request, at an extra cost.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments and suites.
What if I have a problem during my stay?
Our team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and phone. For technical emergencies we guarantee intervention within 2 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, bank transfer and Apple/Google Pay. All payments are protected via secure connection.
Is there a city tax?
Yes. The City of Milan applies a tourist tax of €9.50 per adult per night, due for the first 14 consecutive nights of the stay (from the 15th night the guest is exempt). It is not included in the price and is paid on arrival.
